9 Does Marcus Jordan Play Basketball?
Marcus Jordan was an exceptional basketball player in high school, and his abilities in the sport made him an attractive option for colleges looking to recruit him for their team. Of the many schools on his tail, the basketball player decided to join the squad at UCF.
Marcus went with UCF because he wanted to play for a team that was interested in him for his skills rather than his father's name. During his time with The Knights, Marcus put up several impressive performances for three seasons before taking a bow from basketball.
Marcus' high school coach said of the player, "Marcus was looking for a place he could play, have an impact and feel comfortable on campus. The family felt there was no need to continue the recruiting process."
Another coach noted, "UCF made him feel comfortable. They wanted Marcus to come in to contribute right away and made him feel like he could make a big impact. They wanted Marcus for Marcus."

6 Marcus Jordan's Dating Life
Since the former student-athlete was spotted having dinner in Miami with Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife Larsa Pippen, there has been speculation about the relationship between the duo. These speculations were nearly laid to rest when Larsa dispelled the claims of any romantic involvement between them.
However, the two were later photographed holding hands, kissing, going to the beach, and even attending events together. The two finally seem to have admitted their relationship and have gone public with their PDA.
According to Us Magazine, the couple started stepping out in September 2022, despite Larsa having said she would try to avoid dating athletes, given her history with her ex-husband, also a basketball player. In October, Larsa claimed they were only good friends.
In February 2023, Larsa called Marcus her "forever valentine," and the two hit red carpets together in March 2023.
Only time will tell whether the relationship will last, of course.
5 What Is Marcus Jordan’s Net Worth?
The Trophy Room owner is incredibly loaded, and this is in no way due to Michael Jordan’s net worth. The former college basketball player has an estimated net worth of $1.5 million.
Marcus amassed his wealth from his short–term basketball career, coupled with his growing high-end sneaker boutique. Marcus’s bag might be getting even bigger with the expansion of his business to a physical location in Orlando.

Years after the incident, the former student-athlete explained his side of the story, "one of the things they told me on my visit is that I was going to be able to wear Jordans, and it wouldn’t be a problem,” he shared with Complex.
Clearly, Marcus' family pride wasn't going to be overridden by his university's alliances, though that's up to fans to decide whether it was a good move or not.
